Equipped with new Sheet Metal, the 2021 Ridgeline will feature a new Hood, new Front Fenders, and a more Upright Grille with LED Headlights for better illumination! Plus, there is a new Front Bumper, which adds Broad Side Vents, routing the air through the bumper, and around the tires for better aerodynamic performance. There will also be a new Reshaped Rear Bumper, which shows off new Twin Exhaust Outlets.
In addition, all trim levels will feature redesigned 18-Inch Wheels, with the backspacing reduced by 10-mm, adding an increase to the track width by 20-mm, giving the 2021 Ridgeline a broader stance. There will also be a new Honda Performance Development Package offered for all trims, which adds a Unique Grille Treatment, Black Fender Flares, Aggressive Bronze-Colored Wheels, and Special HPD Graphics on the Bed Walls.
Interior Upgrades
Inside, you can expect to see a spacious cabin, offering top notch comfort and rear leg room. Plus, an updated Display Audio System, providing improved graphics, easier to use touchscreen icons, and a volume knob. In addition, the Sport Trim adds some new Cloth Seat Inserts! The Sport, RTL and RTL-E also receive a new Dash, Steering Wheel and Console Control Accents.
i-VTM4 All-Wheel Drive System
Every 2021 Ridgeline will also come equipped with a standard 280 Horsepower, 3.5 Liter Direct Injected V6 Engine with 9-Speed Automatic Transmission. Plus, the Ridgeline’s i-VTM4 All-Wheel Drive System, automatically sends up to 70% of the Engine’s 262 lb.-ft. of Torque to the rear wheels, while continuously allocating 100% of that torque between the left and right rear wheels, based on driving conditions at each wheel. The i-VTM4 All-Wheel Drive System comes standard on the RTL-E and Black Edition, and is also available on the Sport and RTL trims.
Safety & Driver-Assistive Technology
The 2021 Ridgeline also comes with standard Honda Sensing Technologies, featuring Collision Mitigation Braking with Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation with Lane Departure Warning, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
